Good day sir. Please I have this sweet taste in my mouth for over 3months now. I went for Fasting Blood Glucose and Urine analysis for  glucose test and the results were normal. What could be wrong with me?? 
NOTE: I do not have diabetes history in my family. I am eagerly awaiting your response. Thank you.

Dr Dayo's Reply: Thanks for sending in your message. Note that taste perversions are symptoms of something systemic. Bitter taste still explanable by some tropical infections, but persistent sweet taste? ... Reminds me of some poisoning. I think you need to visit a tertiary health centre for investigations if persistent.
