1) Get more sleep

2) Take some time out to de-stress

For instance, ginseng is famed for its use in the bedroom, as it can increase endurance and stamina when taken regularly and can be combined with hormone treatments to fix your low libido.
Of course, you will need to speak to your doctor before taking any herbal supplements as they may have adverse effects when combined with any other medications you are taking.

5) Drink green tea

It might seem like a very simple fix for an incredibly difficult problem, but green tea is known for its many benefits and its calming properties can be very useful when used as a cure for low sex drive.
If you’re feeling stressed or worried, drinking green tea can calm your nerves and can stop you from being subconsciously distracted from sex, thanks to the L-theanine found in it.
